FP Plus

FP Plus is a hard skin, dressable cable for Enhanced fire alarm and fire detection systems for buildings.

FP PLUSTM is BASEC and LPCB approved in accordance with the requirements of BS5839-1:2002+A2:2008 Clause 26.2 for enhanced fire resisting cables.

Conductor - Plain annealed copper solid conductor complying with BS EN 60228 class 1.

Insulation - Cross-linked damage resistant insulation (Type EI5) over mineral ceramic (mica/glass) tape.

Screen - Laminated copper tape screen bonded to sheath and in contact with full size tinned annealed copper circuit protective conductor which provides automatic screen earthing.
